Nova Laboratories Festive Season Operating Schedule 2020/21

There are a number of premium delivery services available for urgent orders, fridge lines, products with a short shelf life and deliveries to Ireland. Please contact the Customer Service Team on 0800 975 4840 to discuss what options are available.


  • Monday 21st December, 08:30 - 18:00 - Normal service and opening hours.
  • Tuesday 22nd December, 08:30 - 18:00 - Normal service and opening hours. Last day for shipments required in off shore locations i.e. Ireland and the Channel Islands to guarantee delivery before Christmas.
  • Wednesday 23rd December, 08:30 - 18:00 - Normal service and opening hours. Last day for deliveries required before the Christmas the break. For any urgent deliveries please contact Customer Services on 0800 975 4840 or email: [email protected] for further details.
  • Thursday 24th December - Christmas Eve, 08:30 - 14:00 - Reduced opening hours. Orders received today will be delivered on Wednesday 30th December. For urgent orders a same day service may be available. Please contact Nova Customer Services on 0800 975 4840.
  • Friday 25th December - Christmas Day - Bank Holiday - closed. 
  • Saturday 26th & Sunday 27th December - Bank Holiday - closed.
  • Monday 28th December - Boxing Day - closed.
  • Tuesday 29th December, 08:30 - 18:00 - Normal service and opening hours. Last day for shipments required in off shore locations i.e. Ireland and the Channel Islands to guarantee delivery before the New Year Bank Holiday.
  • Wednesday 30th December, 08:30 - 18:00 - Normal service and opening hours. Last day for shipments to be delivered before the New Year Bank Holiday.
